Please pass legislation to ensure:
1) No teacher shall be REQUIRED to carry arms in any school.
2) No retaliation shall be allowed against any teacher who does not wish to bear arms in any school.
Why is this important?
Trump suggested that teachers should carry guns in schools. Many teachers are totally against this. As a retired teacher, I would like to make our voices heard. Simple common sense actions should be taken right away to protect students and teachers. By discussing and listening to each other, additional actions can be taken.
