Don't make it harder for teen moms to finish high school by cutting their resources for success.
Logan City School District is closing North Campus High School, a support and educational program for young mothers, because it is no longer "cost effective" according to Superintendent Marshal Garrett.
Stop cutting resources in the name of "budgets" and "ROI"--there are lives at stake.
Why is this important?
I am a high school graduate BECAUSE of North Campus High School. There are lives at stake here; there are moms and kids and jobs and future professionals who just need a little bit of help to be successful. I was one of them.
