The Senate Democratic Caucus debates on the filibuster, with open voting, must be televised.
Why is this important?
The filibuster has been abused and that abuse has paralyzed our government. When the American people worked hard to overcome right-wing SuperPAC money and elected a Democratic Senate, it expected action. There can be no hiding behind closed doors. We want to see who votes to change or eliminate the filibuster and who does not.
