Tell Advertisers to Be Fair
When advertisers hold a drawing, they are required by law to include anyone who wants to enter, regardless of purchase. They are also required to accept entries by mail, as well as online.
Yet advertisers are now requiring persons to use Facebook if they want to enter online drawings and contests -- from ads sent via emails! It is time to recognize the people they email, who do NOT use Facebook -- and require tthat advertisers accept email entries too. If they can use email to send the contest information, they can also allow us to use email for our entries.
Tell the US legislature to stop the exclusive use of facebook for online contests and drawings, so that everyone is included without forcing use of Facebook.
