Tell Congress: Support the right to IVF now!
The bipartisan Access to Family Building Act in the U.S. House would establish a federal right to IVF and other assisted reproductive technology. Many legislators claim to support IVF and other fertility treatments, yet this bill is currently stuck in a House committee, without a vote.
A discharge petition is circulating in the House of Representatives that—if they get enough support—forces the conservative leadership to finally bring the Access to Family Building Act to a vote.
Add your name to urge your representative to support the right to IVF and back up their words with action!

Why is this important?
More than 85% of Americans surveyed in a recent poll support the legal right to IVF.
Millions of people rely on in vitro fertilization and assisted reproductive technologies to build and grow their families. But there is a growing movement of extremists who not only oppose IVF, but are actively taking steps to criminalize it.
Just one ruling by Alabama's Supreme Court earlier this year caused chaos and clinic closures. We cannot risk another bad court ruling which threatens our health care.
Congress has an obligation to ensure that the hardship families seeking fertility treatment in Alabama were forced to endure does not happen anywhere else in the United States.
The Access to Family Building Act has 202 cosponsors including 4 Republicans and is endorsed by the Center for Reproductive Rights, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, RESOLVE: the National Infertility Association, Endocrine Society, Reproductive Freedom for All, the Military Families Building Network, and more. Yet only 190 Representatives have signed onto the discharge petition so far - and zero Republicans.
Demand your representative force a vote on the House floor and get every representative on record on where they stand when it comes to protecting the right to IVF!
