No Vote by the Senate to replace Justice Kennedy. The wrong appointed Supreme Court Justice will lead to rollback of many social justice laws that protect our rights.
Why is this important?
This petition is to delay an appointment of a Supreme Court Justice to replace Justice Kennedy until after the November general election. The people must be able to vote for the candidate who best represents the majority. The wrong Justice could mean an end to Roe v Wade, LGBQT and immigrant rights and healthcare. In addition there will be an increase in more harsher and unequal laws on criminal justice sentencing and voting rights.
