Why is this important?
My dad Dave Johnson has been detained by immigration since June and despite the fact the he has no criminal record and citizen children they have labeled him high priority for deportation. They are unable to locate his travel documents and refuse to release him to his family despite the law that requires them to release him if they are unable to deport him within 90 days; its been 8 months.He has been here since 1997 after fleeing danger in Jamaica please help my family and has been the prime caregiver to his children.
