To: Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State and Tabitha Lehman, Sedgwick County Election Commissioner

Tell Kansas Secretary of State Kobach to Release the Paper Tapes

Statisticians have noticed a statistical anomaly in election results across the United States that seems to favor establishment Republican candidates.

Kansas Statistician Beth Clarkson noted the same issue with polling results in Kansas in 2013 and 2014. When she attempted to audit Sedgwick County results in 2013, she was denied because she missed a deadline. When she filed immediately after the 2014 election, she was again denied.

Clarkson is now suing Secretary of State Kobach and Sedgwick County Election Commissioner Tabitha Lehman to release the paper tapes for analysis. They continue to refuse to release the information.

What are they trying to hide? Why is election information being treated as a state secret? The people demand that Kobach stop fighting a simple request and do everything in his power to facilitate this audit.

Why is this important?

Kris Kobach has already done everything in his power to pervert the role of the Secretary of State in Kansas elections. He has created a false issue of voter fraud, is currently attempting to prevent over 30,000 Kansas citizens from voting and received unconstitutional powers of persecution (not prosecution, since no laws are being broken). His actions arouse suspicion and this obstruction of a simple audit only adds to the suspicion that he is not serving the people and abusing the duties of his office.
