Why is this important?
So many good, hardworking people that I know are ready to do whatever it takes to get on a path to citizenship. The senate's bill gives them a path. It give's them a chance to keep their families together, and gives our country the chance to bring millions of our de facto residents out of the shadows and into our larger community.
