This is a petition to persuade Nike to support the Iranian Men's National Soccer Team by providing them with the cleats they had promised instead of bowing to President Trump and political pressure and withdrawing their support of the team a week prior to the World Cup.
Why is this important?
Because sports should unite us and help us rise above petty politics. Corporations bowing to this type of behavior is the exact opposite of what global sporting competitions like the World Cup are trying to accomplish. Nike should help heal these divisions not exacerbate them.
