Tell President Obama to make a recess appointment to the Supreme Court.

The GOP has made their Intentions clear. They will obstruct and delay any appointment to the Supreme Court until president Obama Is out of office. Tell President Obama to appoint a Supreme Court justice during this congressional recess. It has to be done before congress reconvenes next week.
