President Obama has the legal authority to pick the next Supreme Court Justice. Even though Justice Scalia was a Conservative, the Senate should not be allowed to deny the President's RIGHT to appoint this Justice. President Obama won two elections.
It's his vacancy to appoint, and Republicans should be put on notice that we will not allow them to supersede President Obama's Constitutional ability to do his job.
