Tell the EPA We Want: TOXIC FREE COMMUNITIES IN TEXAS

Don't let another disaster like the ammonium nitrate explosion in West, Texas happen again. Please use your authority under the Clean Air Act to require chemical facilities to phase out the most dangerous chemicals and strengthen safety requirements for storing and transporting toxic materials.

Why is this important?

The April 2013 ammonium nitrate explosion at the West Fertilizer Company storage facility in West, Texas, which killed 15 people and leveled dozens of homes, was a tragic reminder of the real dangers toxic chemicals pose to Texas communities.
