Tell the Governor of Oregon that unaffordable rent causes homelessness. Rent is sky high in Oregon. We need a higher minimum wage to combat the increased cost of rent, food and gas. Thanks.
Why is this important?
I started this petition because I'm a witness to the extreme rate of homelessness in Eugene, Oregon. Me and the wife just got off the streets. I'm an injured worker and she has a part time teaching job. We are barely making it. A single person needs to earn $30k per annum just to make it here in Oregon.
