The Navy has agreed to take precautions for whales during Hawaii-Southern California Training and Testing (HSTT) sonar exercises from San Diego to Hawaii. The signers of this petition commend the Navy and urge them to extend these precautions to the whales of the Northwest Training and Testing (NWTT) area.
