Why is this important?
The tsunami-damaged nuclear power plants did not heal. In fact, they are dripping toxic waters which are being recirculated through and stored in a four story structure which, under normal circumstances , would have been torn down as a hazardous building. COSTS TOO MUCH TO REPAIR, says TEPCo... and guess what, the CEO resigned May 20 to "take the responsibility for the profit losses " with him.
