Term Limits

Few elected officials are responsive to the needs of their constituents. Once elected, it is very difficult to remove them from office because of the overwhelming financial support they receive from benefactors and the gerrymandering of their districts.

Why is this important?

This country desperately needs term limits on all elected offices in our State and Federal Government. Elected officials should only be permitted to serve 2 consecutive terms and receive paid benefits for that period of time.
