Make term limits as long as the presidency, 2 terms only. Also politicians cannot become lobbyist for 5 years after leaving office.
Why is this important?
All politicians are only allowed to hold office for 2 terms. Also they have to sign a agreement on taking office that when the leave they can't be a lobbyist for 5 years.
