The life time limit on the term of office for an elected representative shall be limited to no more than 3 terms and for a senator no more than 2 terms.
Why is this important?
Congress is ineffective. There's too much money in politics. The power of the incumbency is too great. We need to limit the time in office of politicians to 3 terms as a rep and 2 terms as a senator. Under the current system we are all losing due to greed and self serving interests.
