Term limits should be established for all legislators in the Federal Government.
Why is this important?
One of the biggest sources of corruption in today's politicians is their "lifetime legislator" status. Their focus becomes more on being re-elected term after term than serving for say 6-8 years then going back to their regular life. For many years serving in this capacity was volunteer work, not a career; it should go back to that.
