Term limits of ten years for Supreme Court Justices are to be set automatically on the day of the Justice's swearing in of office. There will be no continuence of life time appointments to ensure a more impartial Supreme Court.
Why is this important?
The length of time a supreme court justice can serve. It should not be a lifetime appointment. These people are not always as neutral about all subjects as they try to appear to be. A 12 year limit should be set. Lifetime apointments can become a very abusive when these people know they cannot loose their jobs due to inapproiate decisions bases on politics and personal bias
