Term Limits for Supreme Court Justices

Supreme Court Justices should be permitted to serve, initially, for twelve (12) years. At the end of 12 years, they then should be permitted to serve for another three (3), with the consent of a majority of the members of the House of Representatives.

Why is this important?

Just as the executive branch is subject to review by Congress, so should the Supreme Court be subject to review by the "people's House".
