Limit terms of house of representatives and senators to two terms like the President. If the person has done his/her two terms, they must vacate the position but they can rerun for office once out for at least one term.
Why is this important?
Our paid employees in the US congress have spent a lot of time just trying to stay in office. Not working on issues that come up is a waste.
