To improve efficiency and spark new ideas and viewpoints, Congress should impose strict term limits on itself. This will also remove the wasted time spent worrying about reelection, as well as eliminate out-of-touch career politicians.
Why is this important?
Limit all members of Congress to a 1 term limit of between 4 and 6 years.
