Terrorizing Our Young Adults/ Local Gang

There is Formed Gang validated by the local police operating here in our back yard. This gang is absorbing our young adults starting at 11 years old and up. There are two leaders one over 18 and one age 16, that are taking g advantage of the laws to their favor, physically beating up whomever they want to fill their desire. They have most kids bullied into submission to their bidding. They have even beat up parents of kids they have assaulted. This must stop! There is and should be no tolerance for this kind of oppression.
