tethering of dogs no more than 6 hours a day& kennels must be large enough for dog to walk around in.also,kenneling no longer than 12 hours a day.
Why is this important?
i am so tired of seeing poor dogs being put out on a chain all day,everyday with no interaction.its torture,,why even get a dog to do this to them.i see it all the time & it breaks my heart.
