Thank you, Sen. McCain

Dear Sen. McCain,

Thank you for defending Clinton aide Huma Abedin, a Muslim American, from libelous slander by far-right members of your own party in the House of Representatives.

While I may disagree with your political positions, your bold speech on the Senate floor publicly calling to account Reps. Michelle Bachmann, Trent Franks, Louie Gohmert, Thomas Rooney, and Lynn Westmoreland, for their blatant and spurious acts of "Muslim baiting" deserves thanks and recognition.
