Thank you for voting "Nay" on the recent gun control measures which were up for a vote in the U.S. Senate. Thank you for defending the constitution and the 2nd amendment rather than kowtowing to public opinion and emotion. Your courage and conviction will not be forgotten.
Why is this important?
I would like to send a huge "Thank You" to all of the U.S. senators that stood up and defended the constitution and my 2nd amendment rights by voting "Nay" on the gun control measures that were recently voted on in the U.S. Senate. These gun control measures would have done absolutely nothing to make our country safer. The only thing they would have accomplished would be limiting the 2nd amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.
