TO PETITION the Millard County Utah, County Commission, regarding Appointments to the Planning Commission:
That no appointments be made until the new Millard County Commissioner takes office, in January 2015.
Why is this important?
To address the issue of the Millard County Planning Commission undertaking intrusive, overreaching regulation without effective representation, and that has been completely unresponsive to public input and concerns expressed by members of the public.
