The Affordable Health Care Act is a good thing!

Four million insured people may lose their current and mostly sub-standard health insurance policies-they can purchase a compliant plan. Lawmakers are ignoring the fact that 48 million people who have never had health insurance will finally be able to buy health insurance. Stop putting politics ahead of the needs of the majority—that is not the way a democracy is supposed to work.

Why is this important?

I am starting this petition because I have worked in health care for 30 years and see what insurance companies have done to health care delivery and availability. Insurance should be available for all and not just the privileged. The Affordable Health Care Act has been thwarted by politicians who only want to make our SECOND TERM President fail.
