Amend Amber's Law so that police must act on every call regarding every missing child under the age of 19. Law enforcement must assume that every child is "at risk" of serious injury or death.
Why is this important?
This Petition is to address the flaws in the Amber Law.
(1) There may be a failure to act because of age or lack of suspect.
(2) Not every missing child is assumed at risk of danger or death.
Because of these two criteria currently in effect, Alicia Moore's killer had time to murder her.
America, We must stand together and fight for "THE ALICIA AMENDMENT to the Amber Law"! One life lost is one too many!
