Why is this important?
“The only one that cares about my tax returns are the reporters,” Trump said at a press conference this week. “I won.” When pressed further, he said, “I don’t think they care at all. I think you [the press] care.”
Of course Donald Trump is wrong, and plenty of polls show that high percentages of both Democrats and Republicans want to see his tax returns. But polls are conducted with selected samples of the population. Let's demonstrate with signatures the sheer number of people who want to see Donald Trump's tax returns.
