Revise "at will" labor practices to save Mainers from indiscriminate and unfair termination. Insist that there is solid documentation to substantiate the rationale for dismissal.
Why is this important?
In the State of Maine, workers have no protection against unfair labor practices. In my experience, despite my skills, knowledge, and professional work ethic, I was fired "at will."
