African-American potential jurors face ongoing constructive judicial fraud and challenging attorneys in court is onerous and exhaustive, and does not provide timely relief. The peremptory removal of potential jurors without a reason invites and promotes unlawful discrimination. All Americans must be protected by the 14th Amendment. Let's change Jury selection laws and revise the Batson challenge!
