This petition is to promote the idea that a bill being proposed should only consist of one subject at a time and all unrelated matters should be considered separately.
Why is this important?
I'd like to create a petition to limit bills being proposed in the House or Senate to contain only material related to the main concept of the bill so that poisonous unrelated junk can't be added before it's considered for passage.
Ex: birth control coverage added to a farm bill.
Each issue should be considered separately and passed or rejected on its own merits.
