Why is this important?
Tired of seeing cigarettes litter our world? Wondering if anything can be done to curb teen smoking. The Butt Return Program will require that 20 butts be returned to the retailer to purchase another package. Butts short of 20 butts will have a charge of $2/per cigarette as a deposit. Deposits will not be refundable.
