"Stop the Archdiocese of NYC from closing down the greatest all girl private school that the Bronx and NYS has ever seen".

YOU would think the Archdiocese of NYC would care about a school who has a high Graduation rate; of female students who after graduation attends some of the most top colleges..but that is not so...For twenty years the Archdiocese has been trying to shut down Saint Puis V high school..Twenty years! But Sister Mary Joe Young had fought hard to keep this school afloat...

She held many fund raisers to bring in the money so females from all levels of life who needed that second or even third chance of obtaining a good education can have it at Saint Pius..She didn't care if the girl were poor, rich, pregnant or a female who preffered same sex relations...Sister Mary Joe looked at everyone in the same light knowing no matter what situation you are in you can succeed in anything and everything you do; if you truly needed..She was all the students stone; so they can break that glass ceiling ...And you know what, many have thanks to Sister Mary Joe's shoulder that we have stood on to make it... Now its her turn...Help her keep her long life dream alive...a dream that says to all come; come you are welcomed here at Saint Pius V; where there is no one greater then belief in yourself ;and I Sister Mary Joe will light the path to a great education for ALL!
