We hereby petition The Governor of Maryland, State and Local Elected Officials to support the renaming of The North Fairmount Heights Playground as The Chuck Brown North Fairmount Heights Park and Playground Named after The Late Godfather of Go Go Music and Grammy Music Award Nominee Chuck Brown, who grewup in The Historic Town of Fairmount Heights, Maryland
Why is this important?
In 2012 we lost Maryland Native and resident Chuck Brown, who was raised in Fairmount Heights MD. The Grammy Music Award Nominee Chuck Brown was active in lobbying Congress to fund Music and Arts in ur Schools. Your support will be forward to The Maryland National Park and Planning Commission, which owns the playground.
