Donald Trump is unable to properly perform his duties as President due to impulses indicative of mental illness. According to the 25th Amendment,Section 4:" Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. " There fore, we call upon Congress to execute the requirements of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution and remove him from office.
Mr. Trump will be removed and Vice-President Pence will assume the duties of acting President until such time as three independent mental health professionals certify that Mr. Trump is competent to resume his duties.
Immediate action must be taken in the interests of the national security of the United States of America.

Why is this important?
The recent actions and statements by President Trump are having a dangerous effect on this country as it pertains to foreign affairs, national defense and on the overall activities of the Government of the United States. He has put this country's safety and general well-being in serious jeopardy. His seemingly irrational behavior show every indication that this man is simply not emotionally stable and Congress needs to act to protect this country and the world from any actions that may provoke others to take actions that threaten our nation and may ultimately cause a Nuclear disaster. For this reason and others it is of the utmost importance that any necessary actions to cause his removal should begin immediately as it pertains to our Constitution under the 25th Amendment , Section 4.
