Enact a law that requires the House to debate publicly about bills that are presented from the Senate. There shall be no absence by representatives. Filibusters must be just that, filibusterers must stay in the house speaking about the bill

Why is this important?
We need to return to talk between the Democrats and the Republicans, debates, give on both sides. The action of the White House and the Democrats attempt to get a bill through that would creste jobs, help this country into the future, is being stopped for no particular reason by the Republicans. While we are at it, why can't we have "real" filibusters.
