The Economy

I have been unemployed for about 10 Months now, with NO INCOME, and thusly trying to get back, on my feet! There is a Federal prison, in the process of opening up here, that I would like to work at, how-ever, I can NOT, because of my age! this is blatant discrimination! Could something, please be done, about it?
