The Feds Should Run the State of Michigan

Rick Snyder has taken away the power of several elected officials in his state, in effect taking away the local representation their residents voted for. Even after the original emergency manager law was overturned, they just passed a new one. This can't be constitutional.
But if it is, then why not take the law to it's logical conclusion. If the State of Michigan has so many cities in such bad shape, such that the governor can usurp the power of his cities' mayors, then why can't the Feds usurp HIS power as a governor?
Either this law should be declared unconstitutional, or the Federal Government should step in to run the entire state.

Why is this important?

Michigan's Emergency Management Law should be declared unconstitutional. Rick Snyder has taken away the power of several elected officials in his state.
