I feel that Congress should not be able to leave for a holiday break until an equitable agreement has been agreed to for funding our country that does not favor the wealthy.
Why is this important?
I feel that most Americans are tired of politicians not working together. I am particularly tired of the wealthy not having to pay their share. If there are cuts, the wealthy have to give up equally. I will be retired soon. Congress needs to worry about the people in our country and not re-election.
