I, by signing this petition, agree that General Teno (narutobase.net) should be removed from the Permission Group known as Konoha.
Why is this important?
Teno has proven himself unable to follow orders and unable to behave himself in Konoha. He's hurting Konoha's capability for teamwork and he's ruining the good atmosphere we've had for a long time.
