The Mello Bill is designed to FIGHT the sale of HEROIN!
THE MELLO BILL
What I am about to do to the heroin epidemic.
I am asking our nation's leaders to draft a Bill that would genetically code heroin. I want heroin to have a "DNA" if you will.
Example:
The police respond to an overdose and find heroin on the scene. The officer collects the heroin and has it sent to a lab designed to break down the heroin to a ratio of heroin to Fentanyl to additive. Let's say the heroin the officer collected at the scene lab tested at 30% heroin 50% fentanyl 20% additive. If a drug dealer is caught selling heroin, the heroin should be sent to a lab designed to break down the heroin to a ratio of heroin to fentanyl to additive. If the heroin the drug dealer is selling has the same ratio linked to the same ratio of heroin from which someone has either overdosed or overdosed and died, I think there should be a charge of Attempted Murder because the drug dealer willingly and knowing sold an illegal substance of which they have knowledge and identified as heroin all while having knowledge heroin has been linked to thousands of deaths across the country.
This heroin is killing OUR kids! We are in a state of emergency!!!!!! If we as parents go as far as "I did all I could do," then as parents we have failed each and every one of our children.
It's time we make the dealers TOO SCARED TO SELL HEROIN! Please sign my petition.
