THE MUSICIANS COMMISION ACT
TO FORCE CONGRESS TO PASS A BILL FORCING THE FORMATION OF A MUSICIANS COMMISION. A COMMISION OF SIX PEOPLE TO REGULATE AND MONITOR THE MUSIC BUSINESS. SO THAT ASPIRING AND DESERVING ARTISTS CAN GET THERE FAIR SHARE. TO PREVENT FURTHER DEATHS AND UNFAIR PRACTIES IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS. MUCH LIKE IN SPORTS. TO FORCE AGAING ROCK STARS TO SIT ON THE SIDE LINES SO THAT OTHERS HAVE A FAIR CHANCE TO MAKE IT AS WELL.
Why is this important?
AS AN ASPIRING MUSICIAN I AM SICK OF PLAYING SECOND FIDDLE TO CONVICTED FALONS AND AGING ROCK STARS. I AM ALSO SICK OF THE SABATOGING OF MY NAME AND OPPORTUNITY'S AS A MUSICIAN. THE MUSIC BUSINESS IS RUN MORE LIKE THE MAFIA THEN AN INDUSRTRY. FOR THE MUSIC BUSINESS TO CONTINUE TO MAKE MONEY IT HAS TO BE EXCLUSIVE AND NON ACCESABLE ALL OVER AGAIN. ITS THE ONLY REAL WAY TO SAVE IT. WITH THIS PRACTICE IT COULD CREATE FAIR OPPORTUNITY'S THIS PRACTICE WOULD FORCE ALREADY RICH PEOPLE TO STOP WASTING AND BLOWING MONEY ON NONSENSE AND THINKING THE MONEY WILL ALWAYS BE THERE LIMITING THEM TO ONLY ONE TOUR EVERY 2 YEARS. IT PREVENT FURTHER DRUG RELATED DEATHS HAVING MANDATORY DRUG TESTING AND SLOW DOWN THE WHOLE GROUPIE THING. FORICNG ROCK STArs to rethink there actions. besides if football players and baseball players gotta surrender to strict rules musicians should have to as well. making money being a musician should come with a price and has to change. its gone on too long unchecked. WHERE ONLY NATIVE AMERICANS CAN HAVE A FREE REIGN OF THE MUSIC BUSINESS.
