There needs to be a new Works Progress Administration. WPA2.0 if you will. It would all be training on the job.
I don't expect business to support it but it would be great if they did.
It is apperent that workers would train on the job. We need to fix our infrastructure and rebuild the New Deal and Great Society. This would enable this country to be a becon for all the other countries again and would create a new more solid middle class.
Why is this important?
