Hire older professionals who are close to retirement or retired and have them mentor the younger workers for a period of three to five years. Then the older ones could retire, or re-retire, at a higher rate, and the younger ones are there to take their place. This works in every single business enterprise one can think of.
Why is this important?
The two largest demographic blocs in the United States with the most difficulty finding employment are those 18-24 and those 55-65+. Mainly because in the case of the former, businesses of all sizes want "experienced workers", and in the case of the latter, "they're too old, cost us more in salary and benefits, etc".
