Say no to the new sign and special assessment for it; these are unnecessary costs they are trying to charge us!
Why is this important?
The Homeowners Association that covers the houses and the condo/townhouse wants a total renovation of the signs at the front entrances at a cost of $200 per household. This is a high cost for something that does not need to be updated.
