The Right to Work Farce
As a worker of a Union household who formerly worked in a right to work state, I know first hand how it will lower wages of all workers Union and Nonunion, how Health and Safety concerns will be swept away. Also worker rights and benefits will be slashed and Competency of workers and Employers will suffer greatly as Oversight will go away and all taxpayer will bear the Burden of higher Insurance rates and litigation costs.
Why is this important?
The right to work law pending before the Minnesota Legislature, is a blatant attack on Workers Rights. It will affect everything from lowering workers wages to contract negotiations and health and welfare.
